USPS has seen significant delays due to the pandemic and storms in the area. Once a package leaves our facility we have no control over USPS.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-10 days for to process your order for shipping. It takes the bank a few days to give us payment for the order. Most of our products have the shipping time listed on the product. Once shipped, tracking numbers will be updated. If you don't have a tracking number after 10 business days, please email us with your order number. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
- During the holiday season or peak season, it is important to get your orders in early so that we can meet your deadlines. If you need your order by a specific date and will not accept the order later, please make this clear when ordering.
-Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges. "Any" package that is returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address
- Credit Card will be charged when an order is placed with us. Store credit will be issued for any out of stock. Store Credits are applied to your next purchases automatically.
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience! We show your package has been "Delivered". In order to get a replacement product sent to you, we will need you to file a claim at www.USPS.com. Under Popular Links, you will find "File A Claim".
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. If you want to reach out to us, we will do our absolute best to help you.

You will be contacted by the Postal Service. All we ask is that you help them with their investigation as the theft of a person's mail is a serious offense. If you go to your local Post Office, ask to fill out a Mail Theft & Vandalism Complaint. Once we receive the Claim # from the Post Office, a replacement product will be mailed to you at that time.
