As an Independent Designer with Cool Girl Squad, you represent our line of fashion jewelry, snap jewelry, hair accessories, leggings, graphic tees and mugs, tote, cosmetic and beach bags and more by selling through social media live parties, local events and other ways online through your affiliated website link. You can earn money while having fun, making new friends, and sharing chic products that every day women love - getting paid to party! Being your own BOSS means setting your own schedule, building your own customer base, and doing the events that you want to do! Do I need to be a salesperson to be an Independent Designer?

No experience? No problem. You don't need to have a background in sales. We're here to show you how to turn your natural skills into professional talents!

How can I sell?

We provide you with your own shoppable website and mobile app. Our Designers use digital tools to maximize sales through all channels; sell in-person, virtually, on-the-go, through zoom or Facebook or Instagram live or other social media or however you choose.

 How much can I earn?

You decide! Match your efforts to your desired results. Based on your schedule and desired income, you decide how much money you want to make from your business. As a Cool Girl Squad you are an Independent Designer 1099 contractor so you have the ability to write your own pay check. Designers earn between 25-30% cash commission on sales. If you choose to lead other designers, you can earn additional in coaching commissions. You’ll get paid weekly.  As a Designer you get wholesale pricing at a 30% discount and you sell at current retail pricing. 

Do I Need To Carry Stock?

Carrying stock is not required to be an Independent Designer. The nature of our product is that it is limited quantities so there is the possibility that we could run out. At events we do find that customers love leaving with their product right away so you may find for some events you want to carry stock. It is nice to have a variety of product available for customers to check the quality and take home.

Are There Monthly Minimums?

Your Cool Girl Squad business is designed to work around your schedule and your personal goals. As an Independent Designer you set your pace depending on what income you would like to earn. To remain as an active Designer Rank, you must have personal or customer sales of $10 a month. *Ranks above Amber Designer require different minimums. Ask about our Compensation Plan for all the details. 

How Much Do I Have To Pay For My Website?

A $30 website fee is due for all members who join after launch March 1. Premium Back Office for one time fee of $30 yearly for those that want to take their business to the next level and view your downline and we do not have to manually track your downline sales. You can share your affiliated link with family and friends and they can shop directly from there. Your name will be displayed at the top of the page so they will know they are shopping with you. 

Will I receive training, support, and advice from other Independent Designers?


Absolutely! We have a zoom meet up at least once a month. We provide online training modules through our Facebook group. You’ll also get one-on-one coaching from your leader and you'll meet other Independent Designers through local Independent Designers meet-ups, Regional events and through our company Facebook Groups. 

How Do I Sign Up?

Pay the $30 website one time fee here and then click the link below to fill out a simple form. *note you will not be approved if you do not pay first. (March 1)


Where do you ship? 

We are a USA only business and currently only ship to the 48 lower USA states. We cannot ship to a PO box. 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping starts at $5.95 for up to 2 pounds ground shipping via USPS. 

How long does it take to ship?

Depends on USPS as they are often delayed. Most items ship within 14 business days. Our normal with many items, they ship within 5 business days.
